Funny because I am a server in a restaurant. All tips are subject to reporting. You CAN decide to not report the cash tips you receive, but if they continue to see a trend where you're not receiving tips on 1/3 - 1/4 of your tables, management will look more closely at your claims in the future each night. Either you're not doing something correct with your tables which is causing you to continuously be stiffed, or you're not claiming your cash tips. Either way would end up to a corrective actio…
