That's my long-term plan with the real estate. Just incorporate it into the limited company. About the other thing: When you are married, the she files for divorce, then you live separated, then she withdraws the divorce and you live together again, you don't really lose the feeling that everybody just works on and for his own. Sounds dumb but I was used operating without her so I didn't thought it through.
