I completely agree. The next level of punishment needs to be for those who accuse an actual person, then admit their lie. And the most severe punishment (matching the sentencing guidelines for the crime being accused) should be reserved for those who falsely accuse, never admit it, but get caught lying through other means. If the system just pumished people the same regardless of circumstances, it would actually make things worse for men falsely accused, in the long run.

Not just discouraged, but literally unable to do so (in the U.S. at least). Our universal crime statistics codes have no category for false rape, only general false reporting. And false reports that only get labelled as unfounded, don't generate a false report stat, but still generate a rape report stat. In the US the definition includes "persistent or multiple incidents of sexual attraction to a prepubescent child." Age of consent is a separate concept so people violating age of consent laws would be rapists, not pedophiles, by legal definition.

I already do a weekly church group. Dinner first, then discussions about life after we eat. No God talk, just life. Even atheists would feel welcome. It is seriously one of the best things in my life right now. Helps keep me centered and reminds me that no one is perfect, we all have internal struggles, and there is a shit ton of advice available for a young guy like me. Maybe you didn't get his point that if the attacker were male the CHARGE would have been different/higher. The max sentence you described is in reference to a LESSER CHARGE that she was charged with. Do you think a man who drives his car into his gf or wife in a fit of rage should only get 100 hours of community service? I don't have as much of a problem with the evidentiary threshold as I have with the standard practice of the female's words carrying heavier weight in the investigation. If the male and female had an equal voice in the investigation, then the preponderance of evidence threshold wouldn't matter because any he said\she said scenario would result in an inconclusive finding, and no more automatic expulsions for males.
