Oh I'm not letting any girl get in the way of my goals. I've maintained a 4.0 GPA and already have an entry level engineering job offer at a fortune 500 company since I've had a co-op there for over a year.

One more thing I left out from the post: when we went out for ramen, the whole night was super awkward for more than just the comment about the guy she's into. I was the first to get to the place, and got us a booth right away. She got there soon after, but she waited in her car until my other friend got there. He was running late and she said she was gonna leave if he didn't get there soon. When they walked in she sat next to him instead of me. It's like she was avoiding being with just me, and…

Well a while back I was walking with one of my other friends who does not know this girl and we walked by her and he said given the way she smiled at me that she was totally into me. This was almost a year ago and I'm ashamed to say I was apprehensive to having a relationship with her because we were in a mutual friend group and I was afraid of the potential fallout. This was kinda stupid thinking that I eventually got over it and decided I was gonna make a move. In the meantime she and I were p…

My suggestion might be different than others here, but I would highly recommend the documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi. It's a very interesting story about Jiro Ono, a sushi chef who owns Jiro Sukiyabashi, a Michelin 3-star restaurant in Tokyo. More than just sushi, the documentary is about a man who is a master at his craft and strives to be the best of the best. I actually saw it recommended here on TRP. It's definitely worth a watch.

Not sure if I'd classify Coffee drinking as beta, but dependance on caffeine is definitely detrimental to quality of life. My parents are not "morning people" and cannot start the day without coffee. They're highly dependant on it. I also hate waking up very early, but I'm not dependant on coffee. I drink an ice-cold glass of water every morning after getting out of the shower, and I feel great. Even without caffeine, I don't feel any worse than any of the dozens of my peers in morning classes, …

I remember that thread, and I agree completely with you. One of the requirements in a Catholic marriage is being devoted to your spouse for life. The adulterous wives in that post and this one both broke that vow, so it would be easy to get an annulment. Even though it gets lots of flack on this subreddit (for good reason), I still like the idea of getting married in the future. That said, I'm with you, there is nothing that could make me stay with an adulterous wife. I have a certain level of s…

Yeah I could have worded it better. A good number of the comments are trying to convince OP to not only forgive her, but let the whole thing go and stay with her. Some of them were shaming OP and calling him a sinner for even considering leaving her.

Fuck, reading this scares me about marriage. I've said it before that despite the risks, I would like to get married someday, but the idea of being with somebody who blatantly disrespects you so much and being tethered to them due to having kids terrifies me.

I'm a freshman undergrad in a state school. In a history/philosophy course I did last semester, the day after Trump was elected, the professor told us how his election was a failure of democracy and compared him to Hitler. Some girl (with a nose ring and a coexist tattoo, what a surprise) proudly boasted about how she participated in one of the anti-Trump protests, and how it's about empowering minorities. I remained silent, because I did not want to piss off the person who singlehandedly decide…

Feminists don't actually give a fuck about rape or sexual abuse. This also explains why feminists constantly defend Islam, despite the fact that it contradicts everything they claim to stand for. Black Lives Matter terrorists activists are the same hypocrites that feminists are. They riot every time a criminal is (often justifiably) killed, yet they don't give two shits about the one billion black lives on the other side of the Atlantic who actually suffer, and they fail to promote better values…

I wouldn't say so, there's no avoiding this, this bullshit is prevalent in every school out there, at least in the US, but looking at Europe, it doesn't look better anywhere else. Someone else in the comments mentioned that they went to a private Catholic school, yet they still were force-fed this horseshit. As for a "shitty liberal arts school" I'm working towards an engineering degree in a reputable university. I'm not wasting my time and money on an underwater basketweaving degree.

In addition to being a hilarious show on its own, there's plenty of redpill truths in it. I love how Jerry's dad is literally a cuck. Can't wait for Season 3!

It peeled off a lifetime of Catholic sexual conditioning- which has roots in reality but when twisted by females is honestly debilitating. Catholic here. To the best of my knowledge, TRP is compatible with Catholicism. How has Catholic sexual conditioning been twisted by females? Assuming a girl truly has an N-count of zero before marriage (none of this born-again virgin bullshit) and the couple is completely monagomous, what's really wrong with this mindset?

Can't you just mute her? That way, your phone doesn't go off every time she messages you, and you're essentially in control of communication with her.

Younger (read: inexperienced) redpiller here. A question because I'm generally curious: at what point does helping a girl out like this become beta? From everything I've read here and on the main sub, I find the line between the beta provider and the "family alpha", so to speak, is blurred. As someone who would like to be in an LTR in the future, I'm confused at how to maintain tingles while being "her rock" as I see said often here.

The less debt you leave school with, the better your ENTIRE LIFE will be. I'm starting an engineering degree this fall in a state school, and I'm getting so much scholarship money I'll graduate with zero debt assuming I get at worst decent grades. To any younger redpillers here, work hard at the ACT or SAT. Practice a ton. Learn every type of question. My composite score of 34 with a 36 in math was my ace in the hole for my college applications and scholarship opportunities.

My dad's friend's daughter got married in Manhattan, and the wedding cost $200,000. Two hundred thousand dollars. Let that sink in for a second. Two hundred fucking thousand dollars. It's absurd to me the idea that they could drop that much money on a single night. I personally would like to get married some day, but it'll have to be a very cheap wedding (>$10K) with a very modest ring. If a girl doesn't like that, than she can find some other sucker to give her the royal wedding she dreams of. …

Keep going man! I'm also in high school, discovered TheRedPill my sophomore year of high school, and am a senior now, but I didn't start lifting until two months ago! The first few days are the toughest. My first weekend, I started lifting on a Friday, and went to the gym the next two days, and I was so sore the next day, trying on T-shirts was painful! Stick with it, I've been going 3-4 times a week, and I've been bumping up the weights and starting to notice gains.

Religious person here (Catholic). Serious question: how does this apply when a couple agrees to wait until marriage, for religious reasons and assuming the girl has an n-count of zero. Not looking to start a religious debate here, I know AWALT still applies even with the best "good Catholic girls", but does this mean a man who agrees to wait until marriage is automatically a beta?

Oh I'm well aware. I've improved my social skills while not giving a fuck what others think of me, started lifting a month ago (just got back from a workout right now), and am on track to start an engineering degree this fall. I've got a bright future.

I consider myself fortunate to have found TRP at age 15 and not at age 40 in the middle of a divorce.

Ugh, this post speaks to me. My friend called and asked if I wanted to go work out with him today, and I told him I had to study, yet I wasted a bunch of time playing Fire Emblem, where I easily could've fit in a 60 minute workout. I'll take this as a lesson learned and forego instant gratification over lasting fulfillment. I'm only cheating myself by not working out as much as I can or half-assing studying.

Am in the process now. A buddy of mine from school (15) has some RP tendencies, and he and I often agree about the bullshit that's feminism and PC culture, but he has severe oneitis in the form of a crush on a girl who probably doesn't give a shit about him. I've slowly been feeding him information during classes, and although some white knight sitting behind me refuted my point I made that post-wall single mothers are awful marraige choices, my buddy still understood what I said. I have high ho…

Thanks, I needed this. I'm 17 and have been lurking on TRP for almost two years, but have sometimes struggled to see how it's compatible with Christianity, as I'm a devout Catholic, probably a 3 on your scale. I'm happy to be reminded that I don't have to spin plates to be red-pill, and yet I can still disparge many of the myths about LTRs in a church.

I've made this mistake recently. A month and a half ago, I was in Scotland in the car with my parents and my sister. We were driving to a small town for my dad's friend's wedding. To clarify: he is 53 and married a postwall HB5. They had been together for about eight years and already had two kids, but they had held off on marriage. She also had a 22 year old daughter from a previous marriage. Without stating the source or using RP terminology, I dropped some red pill material on my family. I sa…

Five times a week is around what I want to do. I said 5 times a DAY...I respect all those who are hardcore on working out, I just wanted to make the point that I'm not looking for the absolute best gym I can, and that Planet Fitness happens to be practical for me even though I'm sure there's many better gyms out there.
