You would have more of a point if you advised him/her to do the basics at a JC and transfer to a 4 year school- that saves atleast 30k right there- plus many state schools are waiving tuition (some alreasy are and some are doing so in the next 1-3 years). 1	Prostitute murders sleeping man, robs him, serves only 15 years, gets clemency due to large number of people supporting her. A boy would not get this level of sympathy or this short a sentence.
