When you are sick, don't exercise, you are only making it worse. Get healthy then start exercising again. Fat loss is done through diet anyway. Which is my second point : you want to lose weight you have to eat a caloric deficit of around 10%.if you are not losing weight you are eating too much.

they did this A LOT. one would throw a folder of papers at another guy and say "this is how we beat them" or some other bullshit, then the the other one would look inside and go "oh my god this is brilliant". then the other side would look at it and go "haha, we counter this folder with our own folder" looks inside "OH MY GOD you cant do this!" it was ridicilous.
