2	Someone Gets It! You miss the point. You are making women the enemy when we are both victims of the society we live in. The above discussion was saying that women take too much time out of work, and I was pointing out that men aren't allowed that much time off, and understandably parents want to be the ones to raise their children. 1	Someone Gets It! I mean, it kind of is. In most countries with paid maternity and paternity leave, a man can only get so much time off, and a woman significantly more. It is discrimination, men are being discriminated against because you're not given the opportunity to be with your child. It forces women to stay out of work as opposed to men.
