Their female classmates weren’t required to make a similar pledge. Not heavily enough to make up for a 130 pound differential. But the idea has been siezed upon to refer to the growing tendency in academic institutions to suppress views which might be offensive, even while in the classroom. 6	Feminism in Action And regarding the cancer funding panel, it's completely irrelevant. Due to the way grants are disbursed and the research currently being done, funding breast cancer research is basically as good as funding prostate cancer research.
