3	In the past it was easier for 30+ men to date much younger women, now it's much harder because younger women increasingly see it as creepy. I’m a guy in my early thirties and sometimes have casual arrangements with women around 20 (not exclusively or anything, I date women in their late 30s too) and for me it’s super important to be up front and reliable with my intentions and assertions.
