Yeah, everyone's body types are different. I have a very large frame myself. I don't think I look underweight, even though I'm a bmi of 16 right now, and everyone seems to agree with me. But, I have no period, and tons of other health issues because I'm underweight. I have anorexia b/p type, but I dont look anorexic. Bmi 17 to 19 is best? Anything under 18.5 is underweight. I lose my period whenever I go under a bmi of 20, and I have health issues because of it. You are crazy if you believe an underweight bmi is "best". It is NOT healthy.
