2	Seasonal Depression PSA Just venting 20 Yrs Old 😅I struck myself emotionally this morning not because I'm down on myself as a human but because the world is in a much deadlier critical state that I genuinely don't have any high hopes for the next 3-12 months. I'm actively going to take walks but not every neighborhood is particularly safe so I'm going to just be weary of my surroundings since the Layoffs are approaching I've been on Zinc Vitamin C & other nutrients.
