1	She’s dead bruh... Good luck turning a competitive wrestler's double leg takedown,or a competitive BJJ practicioner's submissions haha. Aikido or any martial art that involves no competitions and TONS of actual fighting resistance are full of shit and provide people with a lot of false confidence. Really, go try these Aikido skills on the mats against wrestling, bjj, muay thai and many more.
