Some people are more adept at writing than speech. Communication in real life involves a completely different set of information, stimuli, timing, and behavior. I wouldnt have been able to say what i just said IRL with as much completeness or conciseness as i did here.

A person claims they have self-worth issues, self-esteem issues, they're introverted, has little to no social skills, thinks themselves as a loser. However, when they post online they come off pretty confident, in fact they seem to think their takes and opinions to be quite profound and doesn't cower away from a debate whether it's right or wrong. Do you think being on the internet is able to mask their vulnerability and boost their confidence? I've asked this before and some believe there's a d…

Modern men are too stingy with their money, and that's a major turn off for women. Don't be afraid to live in poverty and constant debt to please your woman. It's nothing compared to what she's giving back.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/25 02:44 AM

The play for both genders is being in a never ending revolving door of situationships with the most drama free people you can find. Still have your independence and you get intimacy. Only men are shamed for having and or wanting that at the moment though

I keep seeing comments along the lines of "if my partner broke up with me I'd just be single , dating is too much these days" Yet these are the same people who tell single men to try harder
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 06:46 PM
1

Based as always
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 06:41 PM
1

That's not the actual issue though. You're asking people to be involved in communities that don't really need or want them. It's like asking a poor person to fork over their last money for food to put in a stock. And if the stock doesn't pay out they are in a worse position than before. Why would anybody actually follow this ?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 06:30 PM
1

I think you're being a little presumptious in thinking you can solve the problem when you don't even really know what the problem is? Who judges men the harshest? It's women, not other men. Men have never had an issue forming groups among themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 06:23 PM
1

Then we're talking about different things. As far as I know men don't have a problem being in communities in the way you're phrasing it. They can be as involved as they want. You really think that matters when all the women prefer their books and vibrators over them?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 06:18 PM
1

Have you not heard what women have been saying? We don't need men Dick is cheap/near worthless Male attention is cheap/near worthless. what are your solutions?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 06:07 PM
1

There's no community that wants all these surplus men 🤷‍♂️

If they were wanted people would've found them by now
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 05:15 PM

Not everything can be fixed or overcome just with gumption and the human spirit. Lot of people on this planet we can't all get ours.

I'm a realist, you can't just pick up a bird with a broken wing and throw it as hard as you can while wishing upon a star and expect it to fly
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 04:10 PM
1

imo it's probably safer for everybody for them to give up. Miracles don't happen for everybody so why abuse yourself when isolation is the safer option for you mentally? It's like you're trying to force an infant to walk
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:31 PM
1

Like you said if porn is an actual issue there's bigger issues. Porn is not compelling when you're being satisfied sexually
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:26 PM
1

those lonely dudes sure are dum dums for never figuring that out
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:23 PM
1

Like I said before if she's not putting out let him watch porn. If that pisses each other enough then yea end the relationship. But God damn there's so much more going on in life to make this an actual problem, it's so trivial to me I can't comprehend couples actually fighting over porn.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:21 PM

The weird reels of ugly couples flexing "what we did before our frontal lobes developed" are torture
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:18 PM
1

Love isn't always enough - so let's nuke an entire relationship over porn? what year is it now? Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:17 PM
1

Positive exposure? Where does that come from? Narnia?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:16 PM
1

How do you unconvince somebody something the entire world has already convinced them repeatedly
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:09 PM

It's not, but the same flavor of judgement
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:09 PM

I like you
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:06 PM
1

What if they love each other? Lol. I don't get this logic
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:03 PM
2

You said it's a self fulfilling prophecy. Meaning their ostracizization is completely self induced. I said most people don't really want to make that deliberate decision.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:01 PM

I suppose I just don't think being in an unfulfilling relationship is > than being single. This is a weird thought. Relationships are rarely fulfilling 100% of the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 03:00 PM

People don't naturally want to be pariahs
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:58 PM

If it's not enough to make up for lack of sex then why would she consider it cheating ?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:50 PM

Not everybody is so lucky unfortunately
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:46 PM

So you think the end of the entire relationship is more logical than conceding and giving the dude his porn?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:45 PM

The men get shamed, but the women also get infantilized and gaslit about their "victimhood." Yea This happens sadly a lot when women date non conventionally attractive men , the murmurings of "I can't believe she's with HIM" and roundabout and direct questions of "so what do you see in him?" And "are you sure?" From peers and family.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:42 PM

I think constant never ending rejection is a bit more paralyzing 🤷‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:39 PM

Bored and will play devils advocate but what if the woman has a surgery mid relationship that prevents piv but she still keeps up this demand
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:38 PM

I mean I know you're being facetious but imagine a world where lvms desires aren't subdued by porn, games, and substances Pretty fucking scary right?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:34 PM

Porn is boring and even more boring when you're regularly getting laid. If she's not putting out it's an unreasonable request though.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:31 PM

They need to be returned and be factory reset. Men aren't supposed to have feelings
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:30 PM

Also me but it's equal
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:28 PM

Why are you mad when it's mostly the guy who gets shamed
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:27 PM

When I was working from home I got free TV from my job and tried to put news in the backround because it was just TOO quiet and I needed that simulated talking backround noise. That lasted about half a day
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/25 02:26 PM
2

Whether they know it or not I will never give up unless sternly told no. Which is strangely hard for women to do sometimes.

Nothing what I read from you made any sense. You just made a bunch of vague fantastical claims nobody can prove or refute. How is that supposed to reach the 5%?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 04:00 PM
1

So if it's so clear cut to you why are you here? Why debate a subject you're already 100% convinced you're correct about? Seems like a tragic waste of time.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 03:53 PM
1

It’s literally being proven here with the amount of triggering it caused Don't see anybody triggered. I just pointed out your claim was unprovable so all it does is stall out discussion.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 03:50 PM

Just feels like an unproductive childish unprovable claim to make on a discussion that has nuance. Almost like a filibuster, it just stalls the conversation.

Does that prove rp theory?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 03:41 PM

Five percent will comprehend but the ninety five is lost” This feels like a cop out - flip the table "I win" energy. Who is this 5 percent? Whats preventing the other side from making this exact same bad faith argument?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 03:35 PM

They are mentally unable to. It's a concession that drains them of all their energy if it's a conscious effort which will lead to even more resentment between them She has to actually love and be attracted to the guy so she makes him feel desired without even knowing she's doing it
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 03:22 PM

If the police don't the homeless will. I can't even eat in my car without being fucked with

Because society starts judging you more harshly leading to inevitable ostracization
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 03:13 PM

I think only recently post pandemic era a lot of walls were broken down and fronts were dismantled on the difficulties between women vs men dating experiences. Of course after the breakthrough was made liberal amounts of gaslighting had to be applied to the seams to make it digestable to the status quo
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 03:04 PM

If only their pussy had an odometer 🤣

guys would kill to be in your situation. This gets said so often to every different type of guy it's making me think no situation is a good situation for men when it comes to dating
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 01:50 PM

Dude had a lot of love to give that was just going into the void - he's probably all about rp now Women do this to men. Not podcasts.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 01:46 PM

Why are these reddit posts always worded with the phrase "gave him a chance" its almost like they dated somebody out of charity and then get Pikachu shock face when the men get all pissy and passive agressive they are dating somebody not even into them
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/25 01:41 PM

The thing is, she can give any label she wants on anybody she dates, at the end of the day it doesn't take a detective to figure out her default mode of existing is an energy drain on people. She just needs to find a dude attractive enough to her to sit her down and tell her this.

In group bias is interesting. said she dated avoidants before this. Notice it's always a defect with the man? And then when a "nice" guy (man she "gave a chance" - read : beneath her) flips the script and also can't take being partnered with her, she runs to reddit to get validation with her one sided rant against "nice" guys Women fulfill their own delusional prophecies "It felt like he resented me" He probably did. Because she sounds like a cunt. Instead of his nice-ness being a front why can'…

It's a paradox, they only are attracted to men with the power dynamic to use them. And then they cry there's no options for them.

There's this woman in my apt complex who seems to be on a lawn chair outside in her little balcony area at least 12 hrs a day. I always see her outside no matter what time of day it is. I used to have an ex that did this too. Is like depressed women's version of video games?

It's interesting, when I was growing up my older sister asked me once "why are you always so happy?" It caused a weird existential line of thought, I never had to put in effort being happy, it was never a conscious decision. Do women have to put in mental effort to actually induce happiness?

women get angry when they see an "undesirable" man find success.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/24 04:45 PM

men are friend with men because thats what their options are. it doesnt mean women friendships arent appealing to them. I like I can talk to women friends about things I cant easily talk to men about, I value the female perspective. thats just my personal view as a man. to me at least, it seems women dont really value mens friendships as much so they just dont happen. the wall is deployed, the timer goes off, and here comes the music. "our time here is done" thats the experience i get a lot with…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 06:06 PM

I agree, When its a woman I find attractive Im automatically primed and conditioned to second guess everything Im doing. I consciously try not to but a lifetime of nervous conditioning is strong. I dont know if women generally want unattractive male friends though.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 05:58 PM

Actually from personal experience yes! except jocks dont usually remain "high status" after high school so maybe thats why. it takes routine diligent effort to have that same type of status with women you have as a jock in high school that a lot of men dont keep up with. think uncle rico from napeoleon dynamite. thats the fate of 99% of popular jocks in high school. they get humbled pretty damn quick once they get treated like the average man after highschool and mellow out. after high school th…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 05:32 PM

its been discussed in this topic women value attractive friends and "in" groups for status
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 05:14 PM

Yea that last part is the key Ive noticed. Its not that I dont get along with women or anything like that, but I need that in for it to actually happen usually.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 05:09 PM

Yea, im not going to events, im going to the local game shop in my city, where kids just want to hang out after school or adults just to decompress after work. Ive never a noticed a specific "type". Its not like they are all lanky or overweight antisocial stereotypes if thats what were getting at here. Maybe that arent in vogue high status fashionable people that catch majority of womens eye or interest, but its a pretty diverse group. Sometimes women show up but its always a small amount compar…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 05:02 PM

I stop making effort when they put up the wall. Maybe thats my mistake but I try to respect the distance.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 04:59 PM

God that sounds exhausting. But that does track with what Ive seen with how a lot of women approach friendships.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 04:48 PM

Oof, my friends ex is exhibiting this type of behavior to a T. she just moved to the city i live in and shes trying so hard to fit in with an "in" group. It makes absolutely no sense because shes saying shit like "should i change my wardrobe for them?" and scrutinizing herself in ways that just confuse me. shes fairly attractive but shes treating herself like shes not good enough for the group, but in that case why would you want to be part of that group in the first place? for status and connec…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 04:45 PM

In what situation would attractiveness in a friend matter?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 04:35 PM

I dont know. Thats what im trying to figure out! The barrier is deployed by the woman basically saying "our time here is done".
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 04:18 PM

Ive just gotten into it recently but there is literally no "type". Truck drivers will mingle with drs. Older people will mingle with younger people. There is literally nothing pegging somebody as "table top gamer". its a lot more diverse than you think. thats kind of what makes it so cool. you kind of grouping all table top gamers as the same monolithic group tells me you never been to a friday game night at a game shop or youre just seeing something im blind to. i wonder what that is. Why do yo…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 04:09 PM

So the running theory Im working on is women generally have a really hard time seperating socialization with men from mate selection. Plenty of women have told me otherwise though. but my experience also says the same as yours (mainly a lot of women not persuing or ending friendships before they start with me for seemingly no reason despite a friendship oppurtunity clearly being there) Can any women weigh in on this train of thought? Is it annoying to start friendships with men you dont find att…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 04:03 PM

Ive had really deep interesting conversations with women where we were both thrilled to be talking about something that isnt usually seen as a normal topic. no lasting friendships came out of those conversations unfortunately
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 03:53 PM

I see what youre saying. So humans are primed to just be in their specific herd or collective, and engaging and socializing with ones not seen as belonging in the group is against social programming? Do you think any one gender is more prone to this behavior? Because just speaking from experience when I make new male friends, class, age, race, appearence, and such are never an obstacle in becoming friends. For example I go to d&d and magic card groups at game shops. Im able to engage and sociali…

So what youre saying, females socialization with men most times than not can't seperate itself from mate selection despite women saying otherwise? Because on the whole this idea aligns very much with my personal experience. I just wonder why a lot of women have this "wall" I never experience socializing with men. Its like theres a timer to it. Theres some sort of pattern. I just dont know what it is or why.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 03:40 PM

right. which is my point. your logic dictates heterosexual male friendships are pointless.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 03:33 PM
1

I mean they are both 1s to each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 03:29 PM
1

but...why? Is it due to the woman or man or both? From a mans perspective Ive often seen women put up some sort of barrier with body language and a "well look at the time ill see ya again...never" type attitude. I sense this, can tell the woman doesnt want to engage much longer, and I back off quickly. I can think of way too many interactions with women where it seems like a friendship was starting and this little unspoken song and dance started and it was ended promptly
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 03:27 PM

but with that logic why have a friendship with a man? they arent going to sleep together, whats the point?

Yes what you said sounds like common sense on paper. I'm not stupid, I get it, lol. The reason why I made this topic is it doesn't play out like that for me in real life.

why?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/24 03:07 PM

Competence yes, but why attractiveness when its just friendship. The woman has dealbreakers for relationships , but why do those dealbreakers apply to friendships? That is the main thing Im trying to understand. Ive talked to women about this and they scoff at the idea of attractiveness being a dealbreaker for friendship. They say why would it be? But mens experience often says otherwise. Im trying to understand the different dynamic between male and female friendships because male friendships a…

The hypothetical is they are both ugly to each other. But personality and interests wise they should get along and have things to talk about and engage with (on paper but does the ugliness prevent friendships?)

The reason I personally have few female friends is they flake out easily. I have currently exactly one female close friend at the moment, weve known each other awhile but mainly talk through text and rarely meet up. On the other hand I have an over abundance of male friends where they always want to meet up and do things to the point where Im the flaking out on new male friendships since my cup is full there. So I just wonder what the deal with that is. I have known women where all our interests…

i used to work in sales and there were a lot of top women performers. in my experience women in sales positions are ruthless, competitive, and extremely manipulative. and the scary thing is it seemingly comes natural to them from the experience theres a certain tone women use that i recognize now that sends red flags to me. its extremely pleasing to hear, but theres a forced fakeness to it that i just recognize now after working in sales too long. i can recognize it in men too but for some reaso…

this reminds me of my ex girlfriend. everything was good "on paper" she earned more than me, owned her own house (in an area where housing costs are through the roof) she was cute, we had great frequent sex, we had great conversarions, everything was great ON PAPER but she chain smoked like it was the 40s (every pic of her has a cigerette in her hands) she would day drink frequently wasting away entire weekends doing nothing but drinking, her house constantly smelled like cat piss because she ha…
