Men are not entitled to take up two seats, regardless of whether the bullshit excuse is "my balls touch my leg," or because "my hips make my legs point outward." Source: am man. It's so easy to just sit with your legs together. Let's stop acting like this is a real mens rights issue. Nor are women entitled to two seats because they have a purse. You get one seat to sit in.
