Weirdly enough, I can relate to this. I never understood why men dated me and couldn’t “settle down”, but the girls after me were always the “lucky ones” who could get them into relationships. It’s just bullshit. They’ve seen it, but they didn’t feel the need to reply. I do the same when I’m not in the mood to reply to certain people, because I do not particularly like talking to them - although sometimes I’m required to talk to them because of my work.
