You do you, man. If that helps you cope with it.

That’s most men, not 80% of men and that’s my point. A 1 or 2 is not going to complain about being with with at 4 or 5 in a commited relationship

80% is 8 out of 10 guys haha that’s huge. I would argue 50% big max. For most men, yeah dating app is not the way. Neither are hookups. An average to slightly below average man can focus on one girl, get her to be his girlfriend and be alright. That shy or non-superficial girl at work/school. There are many. After all, women can’t all date the top 20%.

80% is a stretch imo. But the idea behind is fair. Though I feel like those are the men who are not willing to put in the work. Guys will be obese with no fashion and a $2 haircut and cry that they’re not getting any 🤷🏽‍♂️ Dating is tougher for a man, no lie but bruh if they’re not willing to put in the work on themselves… Like you don’t need to make 6 figures or so. Good thing with us guys is we’re not demanding physically. You can at least secure or hook up with a 3 or a 4 if you put in a mini…

So there as many houseman as there are housewives, right? Lol some of you can be ridiculous on this sub. Do you live in Disneyland? Stop taking your circle for a generalization. Society is still expecting men to provide. If you’re earning 20% of the household income thinking you’re providing, then bruh. If you really do, good for you, you’re not the center of world, society have different expectations. I’m out, I’m not debating with you with that comment history of yours, delusion at its finest.

Haha fair enough, as long as it works for them 🤷🏽‍♂️ happy it worked for you.

What’s your source, reddit? Lol most men in real life are getting enough action and not even willing to settle. Idk how old you are or where you live, but this generation isn’t waiting 6 months to have sex, especially in big cities. Relationships go fast, and it’s not necessarily wrong. I’d rather know in 2 months that we’re not compatible than wait 6 months to find out.

Nah haha I doubt it. It’s not wrong to have this rule imo. But the problem is if you expect being chased/courted for 6 months haha. If you’re reciprocating attention and efforts, then sure I wouldn’t mind. Though don’t think they’re not having sex for these whole 6 months waiting for you lol. After a month or 2, I and most men would assume you’re not interes and move on.

n=1. That’s what I said, projection.

I don’t agree that dual income is the social standard. It’s a matter of perspective. From where I stand, men are still expected to carry the financial burden. It seems obvious to me, but I can understand if your perspective is different. A dual income is definitely ideal. The problem imo isn’t that all men couldn’t afford it, but it just dilutes the quality of life and build resentment about equal effort in the relationship.

Working and providing are different. Please pay attention to wording. The keyword is also expectation. Don’t generalize. The majority of households where both men and women work are provided for by the man. Even women who work and provide often build resentment because society trains them they shouldn’t have to. The problem imo is Society, not women. The smart ones realize the issue with society’s expectation and get a happy relationship. The ones that still don’t realize it grow older and bitte…

You’re generalizing. The keyword is "expected". Women aren’t expected to. Hence the average woman thinks she shouldn’t. Many will not. It is a known fact that women tend to be hypergamous. They tend to not want to provide

Lol projection, nobody is chasing you for 6 months.

I wouldn’t say that. I think maybe what you mean is that Society doesn’t expect Women to bring anything to the table, rather than women themselves not being able to do so. Ofc they can, but yeah society is a terrible enabler to women just being themselves as all they need to do. Men are expected to put so much effort, provide in a society of equal opportunities. The problem are Men actually. As long as Simps keep enabling this, I don’t blame some women for doing the minimum. I still can’t believ…

Duh, you didn’t address his concern. Working and providing are not same thing

GPT-5 is so strict. I was worried it’d report me for "saying" that about women 🤣 But yeah same thing 😪 https://ibb.co/TB9q1CBM https://ibb.co/v4WD8SSy

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
