Good post. Currently very relevant to me. Had a plate lead me on with plans up til bout an hour before said plans, then bailed. That pissed me off because homie needed a shift covered and I could have made money, but didn't cause I was supposed to lace it. I ended up calling telling her to come over, letting her know to not lead me on because I could have picked up a shift. Currently sleeping with a plate about 5 times now. She ended up last minute bailing on our plans, with a decent reason, but still, lead me on and wasted my time when I could have spent it on something productive. Made me realize how I am still emotionally clingy, made me read up more on oneitis and be able to relate firsthand. Currently chilling back and not contacting her. In the other rhelm of fitness, benched 90lb dumbbells today. Felt amazing, can't wait to do the 100's.
