Let's be honest, this data is useless. The men women want aren't on tinder because they dont need to be and certainly aren't on ok cupid.

My bad, I dont have a good understanding but it looked like they used the world infanticide and 5 counts so I assumed they were infants.

Not that I could tell. It just says they were all infants

They are basically saying she's being moved to a psychiatric center for her mental well being but people are arguing that it will lead to her early release because it usually does. Some garbage about the need to socialize is damaging her and her attorney saying we have to recognize everyone's suffering even if they are such a pos.

Not a lawyer but my understanding is conspiracy is a charge against those that aided a murderer like someone who knowingly drove them there but left or planned it out.

I wish I had written this book. No person of the mgtow mindset would write this comment though. It defeats the purpose.

Because even though you raised us we now know you're not our dad so we must support our mother.

She hit him first, it looks like he was stunned or knocked out from the hit because he didn't move afterwards. I couldn't tell if anything was in her hand.

My extended family is Brazilian and we have Brazilian TV in our cable package.

The police in Brazil don't kill the gangs who kill the police, they kill the people who live around them because they might be related and who are unfortunate victims of poverty.

While this is appealing because of how broad the gang problem is in Brazil the problem is that the people that are dying in the favelas by police are not gang members. Last year they rounded up police that would take children stealing bread from stores out to the Wilderness and use them as target practice. Brazil is a garbage country no matter who's running it. If you're rich you have to spend all your time and resources focused on security and if you're poor you either join the police or the ga…

I believe it's Jersey City who is overturning all marijuana related convictions. I don't think most of the cops or prosecutors here who are young are okay with putting marijuana on someone's record. It's more of a fight against the older generation who is the established power.

Recently, NJ gave an executive order to not arrest for less than 1 oz (I think) if and only if there is no other crime. If its found during any other crime its added on with a 18 month sentence, at the officers / prosecutors discretion, until its fully legal. NJ uses weed to put people away when they dont have enough to prosecute other crimes which is why it's been so hard for them to accept legalization.

It was in NJ in the 90s. Not sure how it got to 7 years but I think they added his original suspended sentence 1.5 years iirc to everything.

A friend of mine did 7 years for buying some weed after cashing his paycheck. They said the money showed intent and it was his second time getting caught with weed.

If you do it afterwards, yes.

Please enlighten me. How do you prove intention in any case if searching for something then doing it doesn't prove intention.

I completley disagree. Your action is the only way anyone can judge your intention. If you search can throwing a coin off the empire state kill someone and the result you find says yes, then you go and throw a coin off the empire state any reasonable person would conclude your intention was to kill someone. If her intentions were researching suicide wed be having a different discussion about her suicide.

It says she researched if someone would die from it and found that they would and even found pics.

Judge jailed her for life, it was the jury who decided the charge.

It means talk. In this context and tone it basically means "say something bitch"

By this logic any conspiracy theorist to truly believe the government and banks are out to get them should be free to rob banks and blow up government buildings all they want.

Auto manufacturers have reduced the amount of workers they need and increased their reliance on technology, especially robotics for decades. I read an article which stated, iirc, that one person in a moder auto factory can do the job of twenty because of the technological improvements. Its probable that a majority of their workers are highly skilled and highly paid specialist that keep the technology running and that they cant just lay off when it's slow and hope to get a replacement for later o…

Isn't the sixth admendment basically the right to proper counsel during, not before, actual criminal proceedings. Like, you cant exercise your 6th admendment right until you've been charged.

In the UK at least, you have a right to not talk to the police, but anything you don't say in the interview could be thrown out as a defense later in court, the theory is, if you were innocent then you would have tried to help the police figure out who really did it. The whole point of not having to talk to the police and especially the prosecution is that they are incentiviced to put someone behind bars as quickly as possible and have tunnel vision. I listen to and read alot of real crime and a…

Actually the only passage in the bible directly about abortion and not inferred from others saying not to murder is telling men to give their pregnant wives a mixture of water and dust and any baby that isn't the husbands will be aborted. Sounds pro-abortion if you ask me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
