I believe there are reports based on college student survey's which suggest these kind of numbers are wide spread. If I am not mistaken something like half of college girls will get STD's. Radical, coming from the word radix, means to go to the root of a problem or issue in order to fully understand and change it. As opposed to having only a surface understanding of an issue, or treating the symptoms as if they were the cause of a problem.
