5	I haven’t had sex in nearly five years Might be sounding dumb, but what helped me the most was starting to lift weights. I am very tall but was very slim and had no confidence with women or even just in public with random people. After a few months of training, I liked myself and my appearance and had the confidence to talk to other women like what could go wrong. 146	The cold approach attempt #1 That's what I can say too! You get less approaches as a guy than a girl, so if a girl approaches me, it enlightens my day even if I might not be interested.
