Dude if your idea of working together is women being traded like chattel then sure you can call it that. Look at the Bible look at every single ancient religion. Women were treated like crap for 99% of human history. Even in a lot of countries women aren't allowed to go to school or drive cars or have anywhere near the equal rights as men. That's not a narrow view that is literally just reading any history book ever. The whole world is really different than America for the last 30 years or so.
