This is also why I think women aren’t good leaders, they’re too empathetic. For example, more times than not when I talk politics with other guys, when I bring up terrorists or gangs, more times than not we agree on how to fix the problem: “just shoot them” “kill them all” or something along those lines. Portugal’s drug use rate is around 5%, which is an improvement from where we are now. But Singapore’s drug use rate is around .01%, which is far more effective. I also forgot to mention that in Singapore, you get rehab for drug use, not prison. Executing the dealers just cuts off the supply, which works extremely well.

Like I said, I’m all for protecting the elderly, and I’m sorry about your grandmother. But we shouldn’t shut down the entire economy for them, that would do more harm than good. I think there should be legal punishments for being fat, what I’d suggest is, loss of voting rights, banned from buying health or life insurance, higher taxes, and if it’s severe enough, forced labor.

I’m 5’7. My only way to estimate body fat is to google pictures. Also knowing your max reps on big lifts can help. Here’s mine in pounds(I haven’t maxed out in a while, especially squat, so these are probably lower than the true values): incline bench press: 205 flat bench: 205 squat: 240 curl: 105 military press: 135 Deadlift: 240

Consider this, around 70% of men are overweight or obese. By not being a fat slob, you’re in the top 30%, if you have a six pack, or are at least strong, I’d argue you’re in the top 15%.
