5	Men and women's lives are too incomparable for us to find common ground on dating This post reminds me of the Jordan Peterson's point about how the personality and interest differences between men and women grow as societies become more egalitarian. Perhaps, the efforts to equalize the genders is creating a situation where men and women are growing apart, so to speak. 0	Is the expectation of red pill type men for financially independent women with old fashioned values who will be submissive to them not contradictory? Don't mean to butt into your conversation, but that's not a particularly good debate point. Isn't saying they haven't met many or real feminist basically denying their lived experience. It's pretty dismissive. I've lived in San Francisco and Chicago my whole life, and have known plenty of women who either call themselves feminist, or had feminist ideals, who act in this manner. 3	Is there ever a good reason to get married if you don’t want to have kids? Why or why not? I wouldn't want to marry unless there was a specific goal of building a family. The only things you mentioned that make sense, to me, are buying a house and getting tax breaks. However, as a man, you have to be aware that the penalties of divorce can be quite harsh. I know that there can be penalties for a woman as well, and prenups can mitigate some of those penalties.
