4	I’m 15 years old, already feeling hopeless and depressed because of feminist agendas being pushed on me by everyone Honestly, the only winning move is to go with the very basics of MGTOW. Don't allow women any more power over you than is absolutely required, don't become consumed by hate but simply think of them as a curiosity of life not worth of any developed thought, focus on yourself and don't seek external validation. Do all you can to be proud of yourself, be comfortable with yourself, and find true friends (they are rare but they exist).
