Yeah I’m thinking you’re quite close to what I assumed. Specifically, women for some reason always like to ask “what-if” scenarios. My go to reply is “I do not do hypotheticals”. Example I had many questions in the form of: “What if xx came up to me now and (something stupid here)” I usually always curve those questions back through saying “have fun”. Which is quite funny to see, because they’ll be mad that you wouldn’t be mad.

Development of children and young adults who had to miss out on the social-connection in school and university? Quite simply yes. No one says you need to have 20 friends ready, but if you honestly don’t have 2-3 friends I suggest you focus on evaluating how that came to be. It’s fine to say you’re not actively looking for friends, but if this girl were to find out you have 0 people willing to engage in an activity with you besides her...what does that tell her? Usually people who are assertive put their own needs before others. It does not mean to not show compassion, but if you sacrifice yourself (or the company’s) interests for others that’s where you draw the line. Honestly, from my anecdotal experience this is the primary reason LTRs aren’t worth it most of the time. As time goes on with any girl, I’ve found that I have never said “wow look at all these positive traits I hadn’t noticed before” instead it is always the red-flags that reveal themselves.
