Deliberate misinterpretation, misrepresentation, and msiunderstanding, along with a dose of 'ignoring the qualifying statement'. But you seem to get off on feeling superior, so keep doing that. Itll take you real far.

My fucking point is that taller people are generally heavier you goddamn idiot. Of course two people that are the same weight have near identical BMR's. Your average weight of a person goes up, when height goes up. That's how the world works. This shit is my damn job. Not even fucking bullshitting; I'm a damn trainer. Your willful misinterpretation of what I'm saying to try and be right about something that is fucking common sense is laughable. Go shove your idiocy on someone who doesn't need to…

No shit sherlock. Hard to be fucking 160 lbs at 6'4. I know how fucking weight, height, and TDEE work ffs. Fucking fact of the matter is that tall people weigh more than short people.

... Height has an extremely direct influence on the number of calories needed to maintain weight; taller people maintain at higher weights. A shitton is relative.

You can do this for the rest of your life. Metabolic slowdown is minimal over the years. Peoples activity levels and calorie intake are what change over the years.

Agreed on metabolism aspect, and 5k sounds like exaggeration. That said, a day of intense training for a sport can burn upwards of a thousand, if intensity is maintained. Throw that on someone who is 6'4 and youve got a solid 4500 maintenance diet.

If your shoulders are hunched forward, double up on pull day. If your traps hold your shoulders up and back, double up on push day. I have a one track mind.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
