Yes. The general rule is that Asian men don't exist to Caucasian women - just focus on doing you and understand your audience. Had this discussion with enough people of the born/raised in the West but are of Asian or Brown heritage. These are perceptive deep thinkers with excellent emotional intelligence. That is why I feel able to have these discussions with them. My own backround as a Statistician alongside my own dataset in online dating (swipe, match and census) has been extraordinarily clar…

Neither men nor women are a monolith. I care about independence and stability in almost any equal relationship (not fair to expect that in a dependent), as a man. I value that more at 30 than at 20, sure.

If you work on yourself - health, fitness, knowledge and most importantly, how you communicate / soft skills, that's pretty much 80-90% of the job. There's plenty of those subs. I have this one cause I haven't binned it, and occasionally there is some wisdom / reminder of how poorly the average fella is doing and to let your qualities and principles shine through.

Indian women or Indians generally? I'm sure most of us would like then opportunity to be treated as an individual. Yep, as someone with full Indian heritage I agree many (most) are homogeneous and with a world view i disagree wholeheartedly with. I prefer to observe before bucketising people.

I don't agree. Most guys have gotten the ruler out at some point, if not a few points. The amount of 'average dick is x inches' at school from guys was incessant. Few women have measured one and they don't walk around with one. They see it full mast, in a state of excitement, with a million other variables going on. If they're feeling it, it's how the guys making them feel, girth as well etc. As a professional in the field of Data - you can't beat numbers in terms of being correct about the numb…

For photofeeler, did you put any filters on who could vote (women, and of a specific age range). Curious.

It's quite sad that this amongst several other behaviours seems to be normalized [the not being responsive] - I'm glad you're using it as a test case and being as introspective and mature as you are, as multiple very intimate dates / a good connection is hard to find. People check their phones several times a day! Dating seems to be a minefield of reaffirming your self-improvement and baggage-handling, as many people end things without due consideration of the counter-party. In the end, the key …

Thanks for sharing that perspective, I was viewing things from a relationship POV, and also did get stuck on the 'functionally upside' as to me you were saying its strictly better.

The downside is that you are needier and desperate to her, so if you do go on a date you're setting a precedent that you can be mistreated. Also it comes at the cost of your own self-respect, and likely lead to it becoming part of your repertoire / normal interactions with women. You're looking it purely from a 'date vs no future date' perspective.

OP sounds like he could be from the streets, too.

The issue is she could make it a little clearer to OP. Ghosting is a fair bit shitty as you basically require the ghosted person to significantly more mature than the absent party, in order for them to brush it off quickly. The fact she can't even do it properly just makes it even more confusing and shitty. Ghosting being socially acceptable is a bit of an indictment on people, but thats a different conversation.

This is exactly what you need to learn. It may suck, it may feel like you're rushing things, but its simply whats expected and you won't give off confidence/them feeling desired without it.

Indeed, its nice sharing experiences and feeling validated here, but unfortunately that doesn't change the situation - that's the game we have to play. It fucking sucks that everything else seems right, but you're working against a ruthless clock. But as you said, either learn from your [supposed] 'mistakes' or likely suffer the consequences again. I know better now, the only problem is I live in a very small and isolated town, and there are almost no young women here (3000). Let alone high qual…

This is a really good post. The last point really hurts, it feels awful being punished and doubly so - being connection focused means you're literally setting yourself up for 10x pain (or double the happiness), but it always seems to backfire without the drive/routine, because that seems the common way confidence and sexual attraction is gauged by many women. To me it'd be much more reliable a signal [connection focused] and how I'd prefer to navigate it, but it is what it is. I'd rather play th…

You're coming on a bit strong, imo. She's not uninterested, but she doesn't seem to be super interested either.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
