I would also like to know. Getting the number is the easiest part. Getting them to answer or do something together is tougher.

Think of it as a customer at a car dealership. Customers want something, but don't know what exactly, eg. a two door blue sedan but who knows the rest. Sometimes they don't even know what they want, simply something within their budget. Or they may come with a checklist in order to buy something specifically. A good salesman can sell anything. You might come with a checklist, but if the salesman showed you a very good car that you really enjoyed, you might end up with that car, even though it do…

Is it not too little? Given the fact that we basically only talk about project related stuff, isn't it a bit too much out of the blue? Idk, perhaps I'm overthinking it

That's why I said that maybe she approached the less intimidating one, which ended up being OP. And that happens a lot. People don't always ask for help to the person nearest to them, rather, to a person they feel they can ask for help. In a way it's good because it means OP is approachable, but not much else.

Yeah, I don't know why it's considered a huge sign of interest if she asked for help with something. She probably picked the less intimidating one or closest one to her for help. You can only gauge interest by how the interaction went and what happened after.

Anyone else who's fucking about, who's beating around the bush, who's "waiting for me to text first", or "waiting for me to show interest", or "waiting for me to reciprocate".... is NEVER going to see or hear from me, ever (or ever again). Thanks for this btw, it makes the whole thing easier for you and for us by quickly sorting people we don't want to be with. For us: She's not showing interest or texting us? Good! Move on to the next. For you: He's not initiating and pulling the moves you'd wa…

As the other commenter said, I prefer confident and strong women as well. Those are some of my go to traits. I don't like people depending on me emotionally or monetarily, we both should be able to stand on our own. I personally don't know any dude that is afraid of confident women that isn't afraid of approaching any type of women in the first place, but I guess it's just different experiences.

Although I agree with you on the most part, OP has every right to not want to answer her back. He is under no obligation to answer her. Blocking is overkill, but he's in his right to do so.

Same. But I accept reality as it is, and it's impossible for them not to exist, sadly.

The thing people need to realize is, violent and obnoxious men exist and will continue to do so, regardless of whether the women rejected them or not. It's obviously dodging a big bullet if they detect it beforehand.

Yeah, and even better if girls approached even half of what guys approach girls, that way more guys get to feel what it's like on the other side and learn from it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
