5	How to spend free time The best way to spend free time is to do something that is going to impact your life in the long run. I am a strong believer in reading and educating yourself. Rather it's self-help/time management books, books on nuero-science, novels, or etc. reading will help improve you. Also developing new skills and hobbies is a great way to spend time. 1	The source of your power stems from the ability to walk away I replied to an /r/teenagers post where a complete beta was having problems with a girl. I said he need to do a lot of the things mentioned in this post. Came back an hour later to a bunch of down votes, but only positive comments.
