Who is Michelle Obama and why does her opinion matter. Barack Obama was elected as president, she just happened to be his wife. She should shut up.

Women-only evenings are not common in other countries? Here (Flanders) there's a reoccuring event called ladies at the movies when that movie is only accessible for women that evening. I believe they had something similar for men once as well though, but i'm not sure. I believe they were showing the expendables and it was a guy only thing or something. Might be wrong.

Great post. In my workout routine I try not to set too many long-distance goals and view my workout in a systemic way that I need in order to function. So instead of working towards a clear goal, I just train because my body requires me too. I feel like this line of thinking has improved my workout regime immensely and allows me to stay continuously consistent.

As someone who lost his father at a very young age, I can only vouch for this. I feel like I have missed out on a lot of good advice/guidance that could have helped me to make better decisions. The other side of the coin is that I have been forced to seek my own way in life and probably came out stronger. Or at least I'd like to think so...

Let the accessible boring mainstream shit be taken up by women, who cares. You have to dig deeper into more underground circles to find the good stuff. There will always be media aimed at men primarily, but you are probably not going to find it in any mainstream format. I'm a huge fan of heavy metal, a genre that is still played by and listened to mostly by men (except some of those dumb goth bands).

Hey man thanks for your brilliant post. Very helpful. Could you elaborate a bit more on the third rule? Like others here i believe it is a very impactful one. The quote that comfort is a state of mind and not dependant on the condition of reality is a powerful one. However i dont see how to attain this state and put into practice. Put me in a conflict heavy and stressful situation and I guarantee you i will be uncomfortable. Mike Cernovich gave some clues about how to live a life of high conscio…

A general comment: YOu don't need to buy expensive clothes to look good. The trick is to make it look like you bought expensive clothes while in reality you didn't.

I think it's quite easy to direct the conversation in another way. You are the one listening, the one in control, so you can decide the direction in which the conversation should go. At least, that's what I picked from the OP's post.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
