I play basketball twice a week which I am passionate about, been playing for over 10 years so i feel like I can tick that box. Maybe Yoga might be an option? Stop drinking. That is something that I am yet to adhere to. It feels likes its become an addiction that has been a regular pattern every week. If I dont drink, the wkend feels wasted. Focusing on women.
