Like I said before the defensiveness and wild overthink aren’t necessary. It does objectively make the subreddit worse when the information is useful to less people. Anyway this is the last I’m gonna say on the topic because it ain’t that deep. But it’s another good example for why I said the subreddit has gone downhill. You think it tickles my ego because I vacuum my floors and have a blanket in my apartment? I specifically don’t think that makes me special, that’s the point of what I’m saying. If I’m gonna stroke my ego it’s not gonna be over bare minimums.

This sub has gone downhill man. Homie just wrote an essay about a common sense life skill. Threads used to be nuanced, interesting, complicated. Now it’s tutorials for how to be a normal person, written by people who learned it late and think they’ve discovered something. “Keep a clean bathroom” “make sure there’s hand soap”. Jesus Christ.

TLDR - go to parties and bring girls so people like you? Wow, revolutionary. Is it just me or have the topics on this sub gone from nuanced and interesting, to extremely basic observations about social situations? If this is a new concept to you, it might be time to get off reddit/trp discussions and gain some real world experience.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
