Whether they asked her or not, is not the legal matter. There are other non-physical ways to get her to cease and desist her showcase onto that patron. The patron was smiling and did not look too annoyed, so there was no need for the bouncer to touch that woman. If she was being violent or physical, with that patron, then yes you are correct that the bouncer did nothing wrong in the vid. Actually, it can't be deemed nonviolent. Since he touched her in a very physical way, without her permission. If she sues the club, she wins easily once the club cannot show that it was impossible to ask her to stop, then see if she would comply. They have to try that method first, before getting physical with her.
