I used to believe similar things to this. First time I got a girlfriend "out of my league" I thought it'd never happen again because I just got lucky. But 1) you can always keep improving yourself and 2) you can get lucky again. It's not like you used up all your luck. It took a while, but I was eventually able to find another girlfriend "out of my league" multiple times. It just takes time, patience, and constantly improving yourself bit by bit.

It can work if you're already good with women. It's usually just extremely frustrating to hear that advice if you're not good with women, because it doesn't give any practical steps to follow.

You miss all the shots you don't take. Worst case scenario there aren't any single women there, but it can't hurt to have fun and check it out.

Why does me sometimes using a small step mean that I think it's the best strategy? Where did I say that's the strategy I'm primarily using? If you're resorting to insults and avoiding/dodging questions, gonna assume you're a troll.

Where did I say it was the best strategy? Does he have to do everything perfectly? Why are you hating on someone taking small steps towards their goal? Why is that the only valid way to get laid? Does it not count?

I've gotten laid from opening with a compliment. And I still do it to warm up if I need to. It's a common small step to take in a lot of approach anxiety programs.

I actually don't remember, I'm sure my brain was numb cause I was so scared. I think I was just like, just do it, it doesn't matter what happens

I did overcome it, at least effectively. I still feel it sometimes, it's just not enough to stop me anymore. If you're giving compliments that's huge congrats! Most guys I know can't even do that. I mostly had to force it the first few times. I planned out the two or three lines I would say beforehand, and practiced so I wouldn't stumble over my words. Then I did stumble a ton anyways - it won't be smooth the first few times, so just let yourself be imperfect at the start.

I was in your exact position. I wasn't getting any action at all when I was 20. I'm in my early thirties now, and thankfully things are completely different now. The last four years of my dating life have been amazing, and honestly looks like it'll only get better. It took me a long time, but I just kept improving myself any and every way I could. What made the biggest difference for me was cutting down on body fat percentage and gaining some muscle. On top of that, I learned how to approach wom…

I usually do one of two things. Or sometimes both. 1) At some point I'll just smile, look her in the eyes, and say something like, "I'd really like to fool around with you" 2) Start touching her and see how she responds. Politely at first, social touches on the arm or shoulder or something during conversation. I'll escalate if she responds well.

Small steps. I still do this as a warmup if I can't immediately approach: Start making eye contact and smiling at strangers. Say hi to some strangers, including attractive women. Start a few conversations with strangers - for example give them a compliment or ask them for the time/advice/directions. Remember to have no expectations, some people will not give you the time of day. It's nothing to do with you. Start a few innocuous conversations with a few attractive women - same details as above. …

I'd tag along with any friends or family, or just Google "list of hobbies" and see what you find. Also check out anything near you that seems interesting - if the local gym has classes or if there are painting or self defense classes, etc

Online dating will work if you out in the effort to make yourself as attractive as possible and take high quality pictures (that's what worked for me). And try to open your mind for new hobbies - try as many as you can, I'm sure that you'll surprise yourself and find some you like. For some with a lot of women try any sports, yoga, rock climbing, learning self-defense, hiking, fitness classes, etc. Google and spend some time researching, you'll find dozens and dozens of things you can try.

Start building a life that you enjoy - get some hobbies and solid friends to enjoy them with. What made drastic changes in my dating life was cutting down on bodyfat percentage, gaining some muscle, updating my fashion, getting some high quality pictures of myself for online dating, and learning how to approach women in day to day life.

I was in the same spot as you - all the motivation in the world but no clue what to do. What made my dating life much much better was cutting down on bodyfat percentage, gaining some muscle, taking some high quality pictures of myself for online dating apps, and learned how to approach women I met in day to day life.

To clarify, I've been dating for longer than that, but only really had any success in the more recent years. First I started talking to anyone and everyone, and just learned to be a conversationalist. That included women I thought were attractive. I learned how to approach women I thought were attractive who I passed by in day to day life. I made myself more social by trying out a ton of different hobbies, and stuck with the ones I enjoyed the most. I made sure to focus on meeting up with people…

It is never too late. I'm in my early thirties and the best dating years of my life have been in the past 4 years or so. Honestly, it's only looking better from here too. Here's some inspiration that helped me: "The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago. The next best time is right now."

Yep you got it. Doesn't hurt to have a plan for the first few lines if you want. I usually say something like "Hey I know this might seem a little random, but I thought you were really cute and wanted to meet you. I'm <>." Then I'll ask how their day is going or something. Then it's making conversation and small talk, which might take you a bit to get good at.

The realization that the first few times will not be smooth at all. My first few times I stumbled, I was awkward, I was shy. Thankfully, I've found that women tend to be very understanding, especially if they can tell you're not on top of your game. Realize that you essentially have infinite tries to get it right. Give yourself permission to be imperfect, and just go for it.

As long as you don't make drastic changes in Photoshop and they're relatively recent pictures of you, you should be fine.

Sometimes, depends on how her low self esteem manifests itself. Sometimes it's seeking approval (in the form of sex or maybe just attention). Sometimes they just shut people out.

You won't know until you try. Start approaching and showing interest in women and see what your success rate is. Women will rarely show interest first unless you're model-level hot.

There's no definite answer, depends on her. If she thinks you're attractive, you have a few times to slip up because she'll find it endearing and humanizing. Though personally I'd ask her out next time you talk, otherwise she'll start to consider you a friend. Just be okay with any answer - having female friends is never a bad thing, and there are always other women to date and approach.

This used to be me completely. The only way I got over it was to meet more and more women, and eventually date and sleep with some. It wasn't an on/off thing, but as I got more experience I noticed that I became more and more chill and relaxed. I think it came from being more and more confident in my ability to get laid.

If you're looking for theory - In general women with tattoos tend to be more spontaneous. And also younger women since they won't be in their "settle down" phase. Though in my experience there hasn't been anything that stood out to me. I've only had a handful of same day lays, and most of them took me completely by surprise. A few were dressed sexy, but most of them were actually dressed either casually or conservatively. There was one in her early 20s, the others were from mid 20s to early 30s.

There are always solutions. Best option is to be honest and upfront with her so you can figure it out together. See if her place is available, have sex in a car, rent a hotel room.. make it a fun thing to brainstorm with her, just the ideas will get her excited and in the mood.

I used to have these fears too, plenty of guys do. I've found that when I match with women on dating apps, I don't need to act uninterested. In my experience, very few women want men who play games with them. I started getting laid the most when I showed honest interest on the site and in person. Sure, some women rejected me, but there were plenty of beautiful women who returned my interest. No games necessary, just straightforward fun.

I struggled with this for years. The only way I found to fix it was to talk to more and more of them, which led to me eventually dating and sleeping with more and more of them. It was never an on/off thing, but I slowly became more and more relaxed around them.

I can only speak from my own experience, and the answer for me was yes. I actually got it out of my system in my early 30s. And I've met a few guys who got it out of their system in their very late 30s. Be aware that everyone is different, and for me it was an extremely slow process. It's not like I woke up one day and realized I didn't need sex anymore - I just slowly became less needy as it became easier and easier for me to get laid if I wanted to. I obviously still like sex and still date an…

It took me a total of a couple dozen hours over a few days. What made it 10x easier was doing warm-ups: I'd get a ton of momentum talking to hostesses, retail workers, random strangers, literally anyone. It made me so much more comfortable, and drove home the realization that I could talk to strangers and everything would be okay.

It's definitely not for everyone, including me. I think it's more about the rush and excitement of loud music, the possibility of something happening with a stranger, or maybe just a good way to let loose and vent off all the frustration after a long week. But I'm just speculating.

I've had this happen a few times. Once girl had just found some random guy to make me jealous. Another girl had been dating another guy at the same time as me. Another girl had met some guy and fell in love super quickly. (She was convinced he was the one, but unsurprisingly it didn't last). What I learned from this is to always ask if she's exclusive, what she's looking for, etc. So now I always set expectations, even if the expectation is that we don't know and we'll just see how it goes. And …

Gym is a tough environment to cold approach in. Easiest places for me are busy streets, malls, bus stops, parks, etc. Another tip that helped me is to warm up - talk to a few people while you're out, any one really. Builds confidence for me like nothing else.

In my experience, most of the time women will either start a random conversation with you any way they can, or just find some excuse to stand near you until you strike up a conversation with them. And when you're talking they may drop hints that they're single, or make some excuse to touch you, either "accidentally" or on purpose. They will very rarely directly tell you they're interested, though that does happen if they happen to be extremely confident.

The best advice I can give? Try both methods a ton and see what works best for you. You'll eventually develop one that you prefer.

I heard this answer a while ago and it's always worked perfectly for me - anytime anyone compliments you, just smile and thank them. That's it.

Definitely experienced women like this. Usually they were unaware they were being cruel. A few were actually trying to be hurtful, and it's usually these women who have serious issues and are very hurt themselves. In my experience, most women are not like this. So my advice is to keep meeting more and more women, eventually you'll meet some who will be emotionally healthy and also interested in you.

The only way I was able to be calm around beautiful women was to eventually meet and date and sleep with some. Basically exposure therapy. What I found was that being nervous around women wasn't that big a deal if I was able to laugh at myself and be honest to them about it. If they can't handle that, fine. I just moved on to beautiful women who could handle it and who were into me anyways.

Tough to tell without asking her. The bigger question is, what do you want? If you'd like to take things further, hang out with her and make a move. If not, you can always ask her via text what she's looking for, or just let her know that if she's looking for anything more than friends, that you're not interested. That way you won't lead her on If she is interested in you.

I've had similar ideas that I eventually realized were just random chance. For a while I thought all blonde women were super aggressive. Then I realized I had happened to run across a few in a row who were like that. Keep meeting them and keep an open mind, I'm sure if you keep looking you'll find some who are really kind and open.

That's super common. All you can do is just keep going. Keep meeting and talking to more and more women - real experience is worth 1000x more than any theory you'll read online or hear from a friend. It might feel like you're not making progress, but you are. Every new conversation, every new woman you meet and get to know is one small step closer.

The absolute best option is to find women you are into you and who will actually be with you in your bed. Once you do, this won't hurt that much, or even at all. Focus on meeting more and more women until you find the ones who want you back and will actually be with you. And you don't need to do anything drastic like block her. You can just tone down the flirting on your end, she'll probably follow your lead and slow it down too.

There are plenty of bald guys who get laid a ton. Hair is one aspect of physical attractiveness. If it was all about hair, no bald guys would ever get laid ever, and online dating profiles would only be pictures of guys' hair. Shaving was the right call, now focus on making yourself more and more attractive (fashion including beanies and hats, keep gaining muscle, etc.) The other part of working on yourself is to become more comfortable in your own skin. A lot of this confidence will come from t…

I got the most success when I made myself as good-looking as possible (working out, fashion, etc.), got great pictures of myself with my hobbies and a few with friends, and then just messaged as many women as possible on dating apps. Cold approach will definitely work too - I've found I can attract more beautiful women in person than online, but it takes a lot of time to meet enough women to find the ones that are attracted to you as well.

In my experience, women like this rarely actually meet up with guys. They're more often looking for some safe sexting to feel good/excited/horny/attractive. Women who want to get laid will generally be more subtle so as not to appear like a 'slut', and will just be agreeable when you making moves to meet up. So to answer your question, I usually move onto other women. But by all means, try - I personally would try to meet her ASAP, otherwise it will forever be an online-only relationship. So jus…
