6	I Do Believe She Has A Point. Eyewitness accounts are still evidence, you just have to intelligently analyse them. Like, if a someone you know tells the cops they've been raped, man or woman, statistically they're probably telling the truth. However, in court you need more than "probably" so that's why we usually need physical evidence too. All the evidence, including eyewitness accounts, should be analysed in context without bias. Not the guy you were talking to but that's not right. Truth is an absolute defense to slander and libel charges. So saying someone "might" have committed a crime and got away with it is rarely actionable unless there is extremely strong evidence proving innocence. Slander also has to involve negligence so you also have to show that the person being accused of slander was aware of the exculpatory evidence at the time they made their statement. 16	‘Toxic masculinity’ is a toxic phrase I like it when it's used in its original form to describe stupid shit that's expected of men, simply because they're men. Like, in some communities you're not considered manly unless you like to fight. In others you have to dress a certain way or like certain things. A large fraction of trolls on that subreddit regularly come from a small number of other subreddits. They can decrease the amount of work they have to do as mods by 90% by automatically banning a those subreddits and only unbanning when someone who wants to post asks them to do so. Unfortunately, /r/MensRights is one of the subs that a large number of trolls happen to post in.
