People spread that garbage and endorse it because it makes them “feel” big and important but all it really does is make them assholes that will never have a lasting and meaningful relationship. Also, many of the dude pushing redpill ideology are single and are generally failing at life, so they post content about how it’s everyone else’s fault that their life sucks. Repillers are man-children that don’t take responsibility for themselves.

I’m certainly viewing this through the lens of my lived experience, so consider that, but it sounds like there’s something bothering her about your relationship and she doesn’t have the ability to tell you what those issues are. Did she suffer from narcissistic abuse or have a very emotionally immature parent/guardian? She may feel stuck because she loves you and doesn’t want to hurt you, but also feels she may be happier if the relationship were to end because she can’t verbalize what her needs…

Unless your employer is a religious organization, or has some kind of code of conduct in the employee handbook which states that marital infidelity is a terminable offense, your HR will most likely do NOTHING with this information. Can confirm that this is detrimental to the child. I was that child. You lose your sense of self which is not a good way to become a happy and well adjusted person.

I’ve contemplated the same OP. If my wife and I were to split, I think we could do it amicably. I’ve considered buying two condos right next to each other or a house that’s been split into two apartments. That way the kids don’t have to shuffle back & forth and we have our separate space. However, this may be too close and impede future relationships for her and/or me. We’re still working on stuff and things seem to be getting better with lots if work and lots of therapy, so it’s just a thought …

You can do online therapy now and it’s super easy. That’s what I’m doing and it has helped me a lot. Also, if your employer has an Employee Assistance Program or EAP, you can usually get a few free sessions with a therapist.

So…the lesson here is that for an ugly guy to get the pretty girl she has to become ugly like him?! That’s messed up…
