1	Getting into meditation, how to? The goal is mindfulness which is the nonjudgmental focus on the present moment. Not worrying about the future, not thinking about the past. Not forming an opinion beyond curiosity about what is happening in the present. Many people use their breath as the object of focus during meditation. The physical sensation of their bellies, their throats, their nostrils. When your mind drifts—which it will—just return your focus to your breath.
