It just responds with a situation of discrimination with an opposite form of discrimination. Title IX prevents any discrimination based on sex occurring within an educational program. Creating an equal and opposite form of discrimination doesn't solve the original infraction

When people say that MRA's are misogynistic, they're really talking about one extreme. This is the same think that happens in this subreddit when people look at feminism. Surely the whole group somewhere has a positive message to it, but the extremists shouting 'kill all men' certainly delude that message. I find this video to be very informative of the nature of this type of issue.

I haven't the time yet to read through all the documents, but my assumption based on the passage in the wikipedia article is that when you add male inmate sexual assault to non-incarcerated male sexual assault, you end up with a rate of male sexual assault that outnumbers the rate of female sexual assault. Again, thats just my assumption based on OP's wikipedia article, I haven't read the actual sources yet.

Its not the children's fault, it shouldn't come down to who is moved, but rather the unfortunate and unnecessary reasons why anyone is being moved in this situation.
