I always thought the "pussy pass" was just women not having to face or deal with something because they're a woman. Wouldn't this fall under that category?

Don't be proud of selfishness. Obviously human nature is to do you and not look back. There are a lot of things that are human nature that we shouldn't actively embrace. Avoiding that instinct and helping those around you is important.

Perhaps your God Complex is a bit too strong. I am glad you are empowered but being humble as well as helping people out does not make you Blue Pill by my definition. Realizing your blessings and luck in life is another important portion of humility.

Yep. At the end of the day I can only be the best I can be. If I'm actively dumbing that down for women's sake, then I'm not doing that. I'll take the knocks. That's not to say I won't be humble or will question superiors. I will do my job the right way and give it my all no matter what.

I disagree with the "don't work too hard" portion. I will work my ass off and if it gets me in trouble, so be it. They can deal with the issue of cutting loose their best worker because their little feelings are hurt.
