1	Daily Community Chat Megathread If we imported a billion and we were able to not increase our emissions, yes that would be impressive and would likely mean the countries that they came from would need to emit less. Per capita is certainly not irrelevant. If one guy in a park is littering almost as much as a school, yes everyone can do better, but the guy is definitely the asshole here. The US produces twice as much co2 per person. All countries can do more.
