for saying that someone who lived as a man for 31 years (including marrying a woman and fathering a child) shouldn't be able to suddenly proclaim he is a woman now and get into the ring to compete against other women, while having the physical advantage of male bone structure and muscle mass. The Good Life Bicycle Shop, in Calgary, has the exact same thing. I really want to volunteer there and work on my bike maintenance and building skills, yet I haven't because the fact that they have such a day makes me not want to be associated with them. It is a shame I think in terms of bicycle culture they have an honourable goal. I just wish I was seen as a welcome part of it, despite my genitals.

The whole thing is ridiculous. Yes men quite often sit with their legs slightly agape with space between their knees because it's uncomfortable to squeeze your member and other appendages by keeping your legs closed. As long as you're only taking up one seat worth of space it shouldn't be an issue. Mehhh... Yes sexual dimorphism means that girls and women are generally weaker. That doesn't mean we should discourage girls because they'll always "throw like a girl". I think most people would agree with you that neither should be charged. It's absolutely absurd. The comments calling for her to be charged are likely just reactionary. Yeah obviously surveys, especially feminist surveys, are infamous for posing questions in ways that will reflect the creators bias, and "attempted forced kissing" is silly and can easily be construed as something it's not. My problem is the author dismisses forced kissing entirely when in my mind it is definitely a form of assault.
