2	How do I quickly record video that can not be deleted, if I am in danger? If you're on android you can add a file called ".nomedia" to any folder to stop its contents showing up to other apps. If you add it to the folder your camera stores it files to none of them will show up in your gallery or any other apps. Totally ruined my confidence and body image which I can honestly say never returned for me. 3	If I'm perfectly honest this feels pointless... Many grains of sand make a desert, many drops of water form an ocean. Its not about one massive change all at once, it's about the little things and the small day-to-day things you can do to change public perception. Personally, whenever talking to people, if a statistic/fact/perception comes up that I know is false, I just point that out. If I know it off hand, will tell them the actual correct information.
