Well it depends. If it's actual pre cum, you can't get pregnant. Most of the time though when guys think it's pre cum there's usually already sperm in the urethra or it's not precum. But pre cum itself contains no actual sperm.

You need to focus on gaining weight and muscle right now. Don't cut, bulk. Eat a few hundred calories over your maintenance and just find a good workout program that incorporates and mainly focuses to a degree on compound lifts. Be consistent and do research on supplements.
