Boxing. It hurts but its fun, and its high intensity. You learn how to throw great punches, and there's something about punching each other till you're both bleeding all over, that makes for great friendships when you step out of the ring.

Why are more kids developing "ADHD" through each subsequent generation? Well I'll tell you why No you won't because there is no real "ADHD crisis". ADHD has become the go-to diagnosis for young boys who can't sit still in class. So instead of cater to these boys' needs, you just give them the diagnosis and drugs instead (which is great for the pharmaceutical companies). Sincerely, someone who works in a very related field.

I don't believe my dad "set me up for failure". I'm just glad I know the truth now, in my 20s. My dad is still bluepill, and occasionally tries to tell me what to do, and lecture me with beta advice when I visit home. I just smile and laugh. "Sure dad, whatever you say". And then I do my own thing. I was born when my dad was in his early 20s. He basically sacrificed lots of years of his freedom for me. I would never want kids myself, so atleast I owe him my respect. In most cases, your parents t…

Lmao, this was horrible to read. I used to be like this guy. Reading everything he said to that girl was like having a crow ticking on my window - reminding me of what sorry excuse for a man I used to be. Lucky for me I was 17-18 at the time, and this guy is fucking 26. Its nothing new, but this is a perfect example of how many betas become, when they're taught that being friends with a girl is a surefire way to get a relationship, and experience "unconditional love". Quite sad, really.

Something like this. Seems to me like he's trying to AMOG you. Don't show anger. If you do, you've lost. Be cocky. Block him out with body language if the situation allows it.

I'm currently unfollowing all my friends. I'm guilty of mindlessly scrolling and watching stupid, worthless vines and videos when I should be working. This way my news feed will hopefully be empty, and I can focus on more important stuff. I'm not deactivating facebook because I need it for work, and I want messenger to chat with friends. But thats all.

Spending most of my teen years playing computer games gave me forward head posture. Now that's unattractive. I make an effort to not slouch while walking around, however, when working or studying at the computer, I find it really hard and unnatural to not slouch. I sit up straight, but it hurts my neck. I also have problems looking down at the computer without getting the forward head posture again. The struggle is real.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
