In 2015/2016 Google/YouTube has a bunch of advertisements on the NYC transit system. I knew of her name because of those ads. I can guess that's one reason she had some popularity then. I think a real solution is to give custody rights to the individual with the higher salary. And in the case where the person with the higher salary does not want custody, the child support payment should be capped at what the other individual is making, or what they receive from welfare. But if that sounds logical at all, then disregard it. That's not how the world works.
