| 0 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!I am not your punching bag. I've never had someone get a circumcision. Your jumping in on a part of a discussion that had been communicated with information on both sides with extreme emotional turmoil is not helpful. You need to get therapy. I'm guessing that you had no problem with it for a good chunk of your life. Now your head has been filled with stuff in an emotional context that is hurting you. Whether or not you should have been circumcised is not your issue. Dealing with the fact you we… | /r/MensRights | 27/06/20 08:18 PM |
| 0 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!I'd really, really like to know where I said that. Nothing in your comment has anything to do with what I have been talking about. This was a branch of a conversation started about whether or not you could think your way to an orgasm. | /r/MensRights | 27/06/20 07:54 PM |
| 1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!The glans is smaller. There are 7 trillion nerve ending in the body, only 8000 on a clit. Which is more sensitive? | /r/MensRights | 27/06/20 02:44 AM |
| 0 | A quick question for both cut/intact men! That didn't have anything to do with what we were talking about. My feelings on circumcision is that if we had a child I'd let my SO decide, since he's the guy and I don't have a penis. These comments were started by someone else, and the other dude jumped in. Now you. It would be helpful if you understood the point we were discussing first. | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 11:50 PM |
| 1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!I didn't ask about sex. I asked about orgasm. "Contrary to popular belief and opinion, two studies conducted in 2013 that examined sexual penile sensitivity before and after circumcision both found higher penile sensitivity post circumcision. It was deduced that even a retracted foreskin would tend to reduce the stimulus to the corona and frenular areas, particularly on the outward stroke of intercourse. However, both studies concluded that there were no significant differences in sexual functio… | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 11:14 PM |
| 1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!Ok, so how often do you orgasm with only touching that spot on your foreskin, and not your penis or any other area at all? | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 08:20 PM |
| 0 | A quick question for both cut/intact men! That goes against everything else I've found. You can always find someone to agree with you if you try hard enough, even if you're wrong. | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 06:45 PM |
| -1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!The glans is the most sensitive part. It is the male version of the clitoris. It has the most nerve endings. | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 07:55 AM |
| -1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!His penis is his primary erogenous zone, my clit is mine. Getting rid of either would be problematic. Getting rid of a clit is like getting rid of the penis. If the foreskin was the primary focus of sexual pleasure, then getting rid of the penis would be better than getting rid of the foreskin. That's what it sounds like you are saying. | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 07:41 AM |
| -1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!You were talking about if it is BETTER. Not non-existent. If you cut of some excess skin off your thumb, you still have feeling in your thumb. We are not talking about penises being cut off, just some extra skin. My SO is perfectly happy with his circumcision. He has a shitton of feeling in his penis. As I said you don't know what each person feels before and after a circumcision unless each person tells you. You don't get to tell people how their penises feel. I'm certainly not telling you how … | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 05:33 AM |
| -1 | This is how MOST women would react if you opened up to her about your weakness’s. JFL NEVER SHARE YOUR INSECURITIES WITH WOMEN. NEVER.Opening up doesn't make him look weak, except to a small percentage. For the most part the whole idea of "weak" due to emotions is an idea that some men cling to for some reason. Maybe for comparison purposes. We are interested in the person. We live in a time where men are stay at home dads. Participate in child rearing and household chores. Are able to reach out to each other. Get counseling. Have emotions. Let their little girls paint their nails. A number of decades ago, this would have seem… | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 05:23 AM |
| 1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!Again I was not the one who made the "by FAR" statement. I have heard of basically zapping your prostate to get an ejaculation, but that is not manipulating you genitals. I'm less sure of the vibratory one. That seems unclear because I don't know really how. It does seem possible. But ejaculating and orgasming are different things. Men can do one without the other. And your whole conversation was talking about orgasming and the post was about possible lack of feeling due to circumcision. Feeling… | /r/MensRights | 26/06/20 05:11 AM |
| 1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!You can orgasm without touching your genitals, you can't orgasm without assistance from your brain. So yes I agree with that poster's statement. (It was not my statement) Without your brain, you would not be fantasizing. If your brain didn't matter, showing a picture of someone you found very unattractive, or had a bad emotional connotation with the moment, like your mom or grandmother, during sex would not slow you down in the slightest since genital manipulation would still be going on. If gen… | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 11:58 PM |
| 1 | A proposal for running businesses safer from #meetoo alegationsWhether or not HR is your friend is irrelevant. You came up with the idea of using HR. While I do see embarrassment that others would know your romantic aspirations, it is a path. One that has positives because HR could see potential problems you might not. Such as someone being married, or that they are not in an appropriate position in the company for your position. In the second case, if you felt strongly enough that you wanted to pursue a possible relationship, you could find another positio… | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 09:14 PM |
| 1 | Yes let’s totally celebrate the blatant sexism being put on display here. Companies are now proud to be discriminatory to men. What a great world we live in.All we know is who is working there at that point in time. If this was, say, an office supply company I'd say you were right. It's way less sure at a cosmetics company. Not only do most men not wear them or want anything to do with them, they often feel a stigma for being associated that way. There may have been men who were offered a job and declined. We also don't know who has worked there in the past. There is a whole shitload of people who don't like the Kardashians. I think you might be rig… | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 07:35 PM |
| -2 | This is how MOST women would react if you opened up to her about your weakness’s. JFL NEVER SHARE YOUR INSECURITIES WITH WOMEN. NEVER.You can't speak for all women. If you have had issues, I can see you would be hurt and want to lash out this way, but on or two experiences doesn't make it the norm for everyone. Every woman I have talked to, when their SO opened up, they were relieved, because they were concerned about their partner. Being able to open up is strength. The ideas of men being weak for having feelings is an older version of culture that has been dissipating for quite some time now, although there are still some po… | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 07:09 PM |
| -1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!You are trying to prove a point that can't be proven except by people who have been circumcised as an adult. My discussions with people who have had it done that way concluded that they wish they had it done as a baby, and they were happier circumcised. I'm sure there may be people who were happier intact. There is individual preference involved. Ask some people yourself who have had it both ways. | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 06:52 PM |
| 0 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!If you are having a physical issue with your body, see your doctor about it. It is easy to worry about things that may have a simple fix, or be normal, just because we never bring it to someones attention, because we feel bad about it and it becomes a Catch 22. It starts becoming a big mental issue. There may have been other people with the same issue. You may also want to see a counselor for a while because of how you feel about your body, and how you associate it with pain. Good luck | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 06:34 PM |
| 1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!1) Considering my current knowledge I would say thinking alone is not the primary means. But I do believe it happens more than most people realize. People have orgasms while dreaming. 2) This one is loaded because that makes it sound like they are separate things. The brain is massively involved in orgasms that involve genital manipulation, either solo or with another person (or more). I would say most people use their genitals in addition to their brain. | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 06:24 PM |
| 1 | A quick question for both cut/intact men!Yes you can. | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 08:09 AM |
| 1 | This is how MOST women would react if you opened up to her about your weakness’s. JFL NEVER SHARE YOUR INSECURITIES WITH WOMEN. NEVER.That post was probably a troll. It is not the majority. Look at the comments. There are assholes of every type. Most women are begging their men to open up to them. Opening up is strength, not weakness. If opening up to them kills the attractiveness, then it's better to know it asap because they never loved them. If they loved them, they want to be there for them. | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 08:01 AM |
| 1 | That‘s why she spends time applying make up every morningActually it would be "Avoid people that only respect you for your attractiveness". That's applicable to men and women. If a woman only wants to go out with you because you are hot, but doesn't respect you otherwise, it's not a good idea. Just as the reverse is. | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 07:34 AM |
| 2 | A proposal for running businesses safer from #meetoo alegationsA lot of companies have rules about this, but a lot also ban workplace romance outright. It's an excellent idea, and if they allow them I'm sure HR would be happy you came to them first to help figure it out. Probably the easiest way would be to send HR a message of who you like, they send the message to the appropriate person, that person sends a response back to HR and they relay it to you. It could just be a checkbox of interested or not interested. No need for emotional excuses, no need to w… | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 07:27 AM |
| 3 | Shouldn't we ban Mother's Day then for the other way around?Is this an Onion thing? | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 07:09 AM |
| 3 | Yes let’s totally celebrate the blatant sexism being put on display here. Companies are now proud to be discriminatory to men. What a great world we live in.You are only discriminating against a guy, if a guy applies for the job and is qualified. If no guys apply, it is tough to say they discriminated. It looks like a PR thing is showing who currently works there, not how they hire. I'm all for equality, but not forcing people to work where they don't want to. I don't know of any guys who would want to work at a cosmetics company. If you have happened upon a hiring memo stating they will only hire women, however, then any qualified guys that did not… | /r/MensRights | 25/06/20 07:07 AM |
