Actually many states require training for servers to recognize intoxication and act in a way to either prevent them from driving or attempt to contact police to have them stopped. I'd like to know how many doctors of each sex. If you have 2:1 male to female and less than half a percent disparity with that much of a total participant disparity it would show you are MORE likely to die with a female doctor.
