Natural sugar is fine in moderation. Absolutely cut out all artificial sugar. You'd have to drink literally gallons and gallons of water in a short space of time for it to do any meaningful damage. It's my opinion the type of calories do matter. I'd much rather have a meal of 500 calorie meal with chicken and rice than garbage. I agree with this, of course everybody is different and we should listen to our bodies to avoid doing damage. I would say just read more. Novels, Self-help, business. Lot…

my first impression is that this is a really bad idea. The truth has a way of coming to the fore and not only will she have the shock that you're a lot older but also a liar which is actually worse. I would recommend being honest from here on out.
