My BF (HV, but obviously still vetting) will take my dog out if he happens to be at my place and she needs to go out in the middle of the night. I used to live in a not great neighborhood, so I thought it was just for my safety at first, but even now it’s very clear he does it because he wants me to be comfortable and is happy to do things for me.
