I disagree with most ppl here that bring up highlighting, reviewing and making notes. If you're like most ppl you're just gonna hate it and stop reading altogether. Auto suggestion, emotional connection and practice are key. 1. Auto suggestion just means repeated exposure. Once you're done reading the book watch videos and listen to podcasts related to it = the same information talked about in a different way. Just doing this long enough will internalize the content for you. 2. Emotional connect…

Nonono, it was on from the start. I found out about it almost at end of the date.

The fact that it's a buffer. Every time you release the tension, your drive to get a girl goes down and you're less likely to pursue one. Especially if you have approach anxiety, not releasing the tension adds that urgency. Given of course that you want to actively pursue women. Just try to go without it and tell yourself that next time you do it'll be with a chick.

Man thanks for some solid advice here. All the things you're mentioning about non-smoothness of the interactions are totally valid points. I was just so surprised by the physicality she showed one day and then went completely cold a few days after (at least on the conscious level, there were still IOIs). We didn't meet in between and she walked into the date like that so this coldness definitely wasn't caused by anything I did during the date. I just wanna know where I stand, that's it. I'll jus…

I don't know if the boyfriend is alpha or not, that was an assumption. Only found out about him on the date, more specifically at the end of the last interaction I had with her. I considered just walking out at that point but she seemed totally unphased after telling me so I kept my cool and just went with it. It's not about the boyfriend, it's about her, if she's planning on leaving the relationship there's nothing stopping her and I don't mind being next in line.

Yeah, that's a good point. By the same token, I did mention in the post that I put myself in a position close enough. My legs were in her space and I leaned in several times, the things is she didn't reciprocate and like I said was even holding her legs back deliberately never leaning in. Escalation is definitely something I struggle with (so if you have any tips, that'd be great) but I was more interested in the fact that she seemed so interested in the beginning and then just went cold in term…

What's a stiff one? And based on what did you conclude that she thinks I'm a homo or have rejected her, lol.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
